We currently deliver across selected areas in the United Arab Emirates, including:

• Dubai

• Sharjah

• Abu Dhabi City

Delivery availability may vary by specific location. If your area is not currently covered, please contact our team and we will check whether delivery can be arranged.

Delivery Schedule

Dubai & Sharjah

Orders are delivered daily.

Orders placed before 5:00 PM may be eligible for next-day delivery or a scheduled delivery day, depending on your location and available delivery slots.

Abu Dhabi City

Orders are delivered daily.

Orders placed before 5:00 PM may be eligible for next-day delivery or a scheduled delivery day.

Delivery Window

Our standard delivery window is:

10:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Delivery times are provided as time windows rather than exact delivery times to allow for route planning, traffic conditions, weather, and the handling requirements of fresh produce.

Your available delivery date and time window will be shown during checkout where applicable.

Delivery Fees

Delivery fees depend on your delivery location and may vary based on the area and order requirements.

Our standard delivery fees start from:

• Dubai: From AED 15

• Sharjah: From AED 20

• Abu Dhabi: From AED 25

The applicable delivery fee will be displayed during checkout before you complete your order.

Free delivery: Eligible orders may qualify for free delivery according to our current offers and promotions.

Remote & Extended Areas

Delivery to remote, extended, or less frequently serviced areas is subject to availability.

If you request delivery to an area outside our regular delivery routes, our team may need to check with a third-party delivery provider to confirm whether delivery is possible. Additional delivery charges or different delivery arrangements may apply.

Order Cut-Off

Orders placed before 5:00 PM may be considered for next-day delivery.

Orders placed after the cut-off time may be scheduled for the following available delivery day.

Availability of next-day delivery depends on your location, product availability, delivery capacity, and the delivery slot selected at checkout.

Delivery Delays

While we aim to deliver within the selected delivery window, occasional delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

• Traffic and road conditions

• Weather conditions

• Unexpected delivery route delays

• High order volumes

• Third-party delivery provider delays

• Incorrect or incomplete delivery information

If there is a significant delay affecting your order, our team will contact you where possible.

Delivery Address

Please ensure that your delivery address, contact number, building/villa information, and any access instructions are accurate and complete.

If our delivery team is unable to complete delivery because the provided information is incorrect or the recipient is unavailable, additional delivery arrangements or charges may apply.

Fresh Produce Delivery

As we handle fresh and perishable products, we recommend that someone is available to receive the order during the selected delivery window.

Once your order has been delivered, please refrigerate or store the products according to their individual storage requirements.
